As they say, necessity is the mother of all invention. So true!

The concept behind Ramalama was born shortly after the birth of my first niece. Unable to find a carrier to suit my needs when caring for baby Aisha, I began working closely with my sister to design our ‘ideal’ carrier, one that was stylish and modern, comfortable to wear and easy to use. We also wanted a carrier that allowed us to bond with our little ones, sharing our everyday lives with them without feeling restricted.

Throughout the design process, we always kept our philosophy clear: to create designs for parents that were modern and stylish yet ultimately practical and easy to use. We wanted functional luxury, and each Ramalama product is handmade with care using superior quality fabrics and leather.
