All prices quoted on www.ramalama.com.au are in Australian dollars and include 10% GST. Customers ordering outside Australia are not subject to GST and this will be deducted from your order. Ramalama reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice.
Online - this is the most popular, easiest and most efficient way to order. Your order will be processed through our secure payment facility powered by Paypal. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed.
Email – you can submit your order via email to email@example.com. List the items you wish to purchase and we will get back to you within 24 hours (or the next business day) with an order confirmation.
Phone – call us on +61 2 9699 9158 and one of our sales staff will help you. If we are unable to respond please leave your details and someone will get back to you as soon as possible.
We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, cheque (Australian banks only) and direct transfers. Follow instructions at check out. Orders will be despatched once your payment is confirmed.
Availability of Stock
Occasionally it may occur that an item listed as available is in fact not in stock. We apologise if this occurs and we will contact you within 24 hours to arrange a refund, organise for your item to be placed on backorder, or to arrange for a suitable alternative for you.
Returns and Exchanges
Ramalama would like you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for some reason an item is not what you expected you may return the merchandise for a refund, exchange or credit note (valid for 3 months). Please note that freight charges will only be refunded or credited if the return is a result of our error.
An item will only be accepted for refund, exchange or credit under the following conditions:
- The item is unused, unworn and in brand new condition with original tags and labels attached, and packaging intact.
- A copy of the receipt is included with the goods returned.
- The goods are returned within 7 days of the receipt date.
Sale items and goods made to order are not eligible for refund, exchange or credit. We do not accept returns on orders shipped out of Australia. All orders shipped out of Australia are final.
How to effect a return:
- Please contact us immediately via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or call +61 2 9699 9158 stating your invoice number, why goods are being returned and your preference for exchange, credit or refund.
- Choose the new items you would like to exchange for so we can hold them for you.
- You must return goods to us within 7 days of receipt and include your invoice
- If relevant, please include a self addressed, postage paid satchel for your new items to be returned to you.

Goods returned damaged due to inadequate return packing will not be refunded, exchanged or credited.
We use registered post, express post or courier. Shipping is charged at a flat rate of $10 within Australia. Diaper bags incur an additional charge of $5.
We use Australia Post International Airmail. Choose from Standard, Registered or Insured. Please allow 3-14 days for international shipping. Standard airmail is calculated below:

International Airmail with Insurance
This will be automatically calculated at checkout. Please note that if you do not insure your goods the risk of loss/damage automatically passes to you upon our delivery to Australia Post.
We can make some items to order at your request. This may incur an additional fee and is reviewed on a per order basis. Please contact us at email@example.com or on +61 2 9699 9158 to discuss your request. A deposit of 50% is required for custom orders. Custom orders can not be returned, exchanged or credited unless faulty.
We collect and record some of your personal information in order to fulfil your order requests. However, any personal information provided to us will not be released, sold or rented to any entity or individual. This includes your name, address, email address and contact numbers. By ordering from Ramalama you give us permission to contact you in the future with product updates and/or promotional news and offers. You may unsubscribe from these updates upon receipt of such correspondence.
We do not collect or record any credit card information you may provide when purchasing products from the ramalama.com.au website. Your credit card details are processed through a secure online system powered by Paypal. Paypal uses the latest security measures and standards for e-commerce including SSL. We donate to a number of local and international charities and groups. Monies raised through the sale of our 'Gift Wrap for Charity' is sent to one of our chosen groups. For information on where we are currently sending monies, please feel free to contact us directly. Some groups we support include: UNICEF and an orphanage in Egypt.
